the eye is from the teddy bear that fell from the plane crash, it is a reminder to Walt that his actions had terrible consequences and that he is the "bad guy"

oh yeah oh yeh thanks for clearing that up, my recollection is purty confusing because of all the times they put the teddy bear in the pool throughout season 2 as a future tense dream like mind fuck what the fuck is this about thing

in one of the later episodes they clearly show the bigger picture of what happened... did you see every episode?

i was pretty disappointed by the season premiere... it seems like the show is getting a bit melodramatic. i'm hoping it gets better!

second and third were already much better... premiere was a little over the top

you've seen the third episode of the third season? you got a pre-air maybe? s03ep02 is the most official current.

premiere was fine, I understand if you thought the mute mexican hitman dewds were a little bit over the top but It didn't buzz kill me at all.

yes I saw every episode, Im just saying trying to remember all the details of season 2 (especially that detail because of what I saying) is a little shady because the last time I watched it was the night season 2 finale aired.

hell I might watch season 1 and 2 again soon while im waiting for a new episode

don't have a lot of shows I need to watch right now

but I suggest you all give The Pacific a shot its on its third episode of the HBO mini series about the war against the Japanese in WW2. So far its just as quality and seems more entertaining than Band Of Brothers

Yeah, the silent Mexicans need to go away. That sort of shit has been done far too many times.

If it turns out that they've had their tongues cut out by that psycho drug dealer who took care of his paralyzed uncle then it's okay but Breaking Bad has never been about being bad ass.

Exactly, I started to say that in my previous post but got lazy.

What has separated Breaking Bad from the typical drug-related entertainment (and very much part of my tremendous appreciation of it) is the refusal to make drug dealers look "cool" or "bad ass".

Tuco was crazy and he was made out to be a bad ass, but he was more than neutralized by being a complete idiot and general fuckup. In the end, he was more pathetic than anything else.

We'll see though...your theory about the mute Mexicans not having tongues is fascinating. I hope you're right!

yeh thats one of the main reasons I didnt call all worried and buzz killed about the mute mexi twins is I have faith in breaking bad and know it will be explained and rationalized in the end. I guarantee it will all make sense at some point and not seem like they were simply just trying to have 2 super bad ass mofo's up in the show for no reason like a retarded action movie.

this show delivers

What did Skylar say to Walt near the end? Did she say:

  Reveal hidden contents

?

I couldn't make it out.

yes. thus the episode title I.F.T.

it seems AMC censors naughty words.

the biggest illusion is yourself

This makes the whole divorce thing null, right? IO dun understand U.S law but surely Walter has very good connections and is tight on the meth cook thing but if he just gets one shot of Skyler giving Ted head then he can have as many wanks in her shower as he likes.

I'm not sure if I know what you mean, but most US States have no-fault divorce statutes. If one partner wants a divorce, it's pretty much going to happen. I actually think AZ lets you enter into a covenant before marriage to select whether you want no-fault rules to apply. If Sky and Walt didn't adopt the no-fault rules (which seems unlikely, but whatever), then AFAIK her act of fucking Ted would allow certainly count as "fault." I'm not sure how that would work if the party requesting a divorce is also the party at fault, but I'm not about to jump on Westlaw and figure it out. Also, it's AZ. That place make-a no sense.

Indeed. But she looks a bit like a blow up doll, doesn't she?
