i think omg is kinda underwhelming. he's happy and it' shows. it's funny, but it lacks the moment where i laugh so hard i can't breath and everything hurts and i start to cough so bad i think i may die. i can see why he took a year off with louie.

yeah. plus he must be stinking rich.

the optimism almost came across a bit short changed seeing as he's rich and doing well, but i still think he pulled it off and appreciate that the set reflects his change in attitude (as opposed to him being stinking rich and forcing more cynical humour out because it's what people are expecting).

a career built on fearlessness. imagine having to write all that material for shows and tv. doing stand up. bombing and then working on the material to make it better. Quitting those cushy tv writing jobs. Respect to him. He deserves it all.

hes really more clever than cynical though, isnt he? he has a dark side but you cant be where he is by just being a cantankerous misanthrope

I hope not. That would just invalidate his own creativity.

dunno man, im a reaonably talented musician, and budding producer, i woudlnt be where i am now if it wasnt for smoking hundredsof high grade wed from 14-19.

weed and acid just make the creative part of your brain open, receptive, and most importantly an insane amount of fun. i produce only 30 percent of my music completely sober.

also i dont care, better to have weed make you amazing at music, than not smoke weed and be shit at music.
