Exciting game with a dramatic penalty shootout. Bayern the better side and deservedly in the finals, at home. Both teams missing some starters but what can you do.

Congrats to Bayern - should be a cracking final. I hope Chelsea get back Luiz and Cahill, otherwise they're just going to get ripped apart at the back.

As a fairly neutral wiever I have problems understanding why people ridicule Barca for trying and trying, and failing and failing to score goals against Chelsea. While Chelsea playing soulless, destructive and boring football, creating four chances in two games is som kind of a victory for football? And as for the nut hugging; even a ManU-supporter should understand why Barca-football is appealing to the masses, even after the Chelsea matches.

Barca's football is infuriatingly dull. They press high, then pass the ball for an hour back and forth across the pitch.

I don't hate the team.

If you can't understand why Chelsea's victory wasn't anti-football, you don't understand the sport.

I don´t understand how Chelseas games against Barca isn´t soulless, destructive and boring. You obviously doesn´t understand why most neutral viewers love how Barca play and win in 95% of their games. I guess we both have something to learn about the sport.

They scored on 100% of their attempts on goal. I just wish they could produce more chances. I guess that´s what most people wants to see.

Neutral viewers who don't understand tactical battles, discipline and an incredibly gutsy performance, who expect Barca to win because they have been spoon-fed the Barca hype and don't comprehend that teams can only be dominant for so long before other teams figure out how to beat their system?

That was some brilliant football, appreciate the defensive resilience of Chelsea, their ability to capitalize on their chances and overcoming one of the most dominant teams of the last decade.

I don't find Barca's style boring at all. I quite enjoy the high skill it takes and when they just saw a defense in half with brilliant passing and ball control and score goal. I guess it's a matter of taste really. Although sometimes I wish they would take the shot instead of passing it back and starting again. I know it's all about possession, but c'mon.
