The "Find a passing spaceship" sample is the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy radio play, although i can't find the exact location of that sample right now within it.

and the "tomorrow together" sample comes from a national geographic Flexi-disc (unfortunately I can't link videos to skip them in, go to 5m18s into it and you'll find it.

yeah it is familiar, I think it's from a mid 80's video game, not sure which one, though.
