stupid first world problems you're dealing with

been eating like shit lately, so yesterday decided to make a healthy vegan Moroccan style chickpea stew. it turned out awesome, but the problem was I consumed far too much edible cannabis product while I was making it, and so was super duper high by the time it was done. I ended up eating way more than I should (and then later some blueberry dessert thing I found rummaging in the fridge), which completely negated me trying to eat healthy in the first place. I still feel bloated this morning, ugh.

I love chickpeas but yeah - I have to limit myself I get super bloated. I don’t think it’s the fiber content tbh, no prob with other beans. Mung & chickpeas = bloat for me. 

My spotify weekly recommended playlist for this week is absolute wank. 0/30 good songs. Day ruined.

Mine has lol. My custom iPod died this weekend. It’s been 6 years so not bad I guess.

fancy! those look great but $$$$. i think i'd go for one of the upgraded last gen of ipod classic.. w/new long life battery and 512 SD card in place of hard drive. 

but when/if the time comes i'll probably look around at options.

i went to the emergency department today, the x-rays showed no fracture. nothing broken apparently. my arm is fucking ruined though. anyway i can straighten my arm a bit now. can't do shit with my hand though (it's the right hand and i'm right-handed). the good news is i found a solution to my problem, i don't have to change my plans. just need to do something first.

the other good news is i fap with my left hand, so everything turned out pretty well in the end, it seems.

I cut down the marijuana for this exact reason.  I hate myself every time I get stoned and eat whole packages of things.  It ruins the whole experience honestly.

That’s what I had - 400gb ssd, with the wolfson DAC, I think the battery was 3100mah or something I forget (charge it once a month), It did me pretty well tbh I put it through a lot of daily use for 6 years. Now there’s just something with the firmware I can’t seem to fix, neither can the local iphix

the A&K im looking at is comparable to a custom iPod in price, maybe $300 more? The SR25

I can't believe how many businesses still haven't updated their web sites for covid.  I've been driving all over the place to go to things that aren't happening because the web site hasn't been updated in the past year.

I'm fucking furious that I'm not allowed to play squash because of covid.  I really don't see how we're supposed to fight a pandemic by living sedentary lifestyles.  I just don't understand how that's productive in any way.  It's completely counterintuitive.

Squash courts are closed but bars are open.  This is fucking lunacy.   Whose head do I have to chop off to get some sensible leadership?  Seriously.
