It's true, she's very "british".

i stole a clock from the cellar for my room but the hour hand is always a bit off and the minute hand randomly falls off. i reckon it's haunted by an anti-timekeeping ghost.

I'm working today until lunchtime, after which I'll probably have to go Xmas shopping. Then tomorrow I'm in a car to Manchester and back so that's around six hours of the day gone just traveling. I really wanted to have some time to relax and try and shake off this fucking cold but it doesn't look likely.

I was planning on finishing this thread before going to bed and then I realized (5 pages in!!!) that it was 179 pages, now I'll never scratch my completionist itch and won't be able to sleep well.

both my ears are blocked and it feels pretty weird but i dont want to put ear drops (which i know i have but i cant find) because I would have to lay down for a while which I dont want to.

 

Also I cant enjoy music properly. FML

Went to karaoke lastnight and got stopped on the stairs on the way out by a girl who said, "I'm gay for you", apparently meaning that I looked gay. She wouldn't shut up about it so I grabbed her and kissed her, and then continued on my way. Probably my most ridiculous drunk confidence moment.

 

fwp being: apparently I look gay when I'm dressed in a multicolour shirt and bright blue jeans. Which probably explains why I get hit on more by guys than girls

Hats off to you, sir. I've been super drunk at karaoke in Japan before, but that's further progress than I've ever achieved.
