Korn was birthed eighteen years ago. That said, if Korn was a person, Korn would be able to vote. Who would Korn vote for in the upcoming presidential election?

I’m just waiting for a non-Illuminati candidate to run.

what a tool

that is an awesome avatar lol

Korn paved the way for the Deftones who had formed 5 years before Korn. Thanks MTV.

I won't even bother with the comparison of the Deftones to Korn. It's like comparing a rotting corpse to a Playmate.

Also, after reading the interview it has become apparent that Jonathan Davis has never been to a metal show and actually has no idea what metal really is. In short, he is a cunt.

I’m a huge electronic music fan... I’ve been a fan of dubstep since I started listening to it in 2009.

:cisfor:

Maybe I'm just upset because it's not just for Wire readers and black people any more.

it annoys the hell out of me how deftones are often lumped in with bands like that. deftones are so ahead of that shit it isn't even funny.

Agreed. It seems the guys in System of a Down always had the same problem.

Mudvayne too. Laugh all you want but their first album was amazing.

And Korn were actually pretty great back in the day.

HAHAhahah, Jonathan Davis is so fucking lame that rather be disgusted his stupidity is hilarious.

Deftones used to be my favorite mid heavy band and yes I'm glad they are getting some respect in here.

And yes, correct L.D.50 was a good album and was pretty amazing to watch it synced with Space Odyssey 2001. Before anyone thinks it's just a stoner coincidence, no it's quite blatantly obvious that they brilliantly synced it to the first half of 2001.

Haha, I never knew that. Might give it a try! Then again, nothing can beat the Echoes sync.

I hate mudvayne but i remember some dude calling in a request for this song in the mid ninties on much music and saying "the world needs more Korn"

He is an asshole for thinking the world needs more korn. But I dig this song.

I don't really like any other Korn (The self-titled is *okay*), but I absolutely fucking love Life Is Peachy, every track. So much. It's just so fucking heavy, even by today's standards.

Korn is bleak and rough but don't call it heavy.
