i think korn actually sounds worse than they possibly could, almost like they expect the "dubstep" enthusism to do the work for them.

lol at the drummer! Korn gets no respect from me, just a bunch of vampires feeding on pocketmoney of teens

yeah, I like parts of this, but I feel like they stopped it way short of where they could have taken it. Early Korn had much more cool syncopation, interesting melodies/harmonies, song structure. This is very straight rhythmically and has no interesting notes. I don't like the vocals anymore either, but tastes change.

Also, hearty lol at the Monster Energy product shots in the second vid

He sounds like the singer from 4 Non Blondes in the 30 seconds I could stand to listen to this

edit: also, Korn were always terrible and the only excuse for liking Korn was being 14

I think it would be more like saying that *NSYNC is for gays. I was about 14 when I liked Korn and probably mostly because the lyrical content is pretty adolescent.
