That's the point. Wonder why the did these to the Demdike package. I really hate this behaviour to spend more money than necessary on a subscription-like release but I like Demdike too much to ignore this release. Needless to say that the CD version is bought also as well……

Wonder if they really bundle up a 4LP of these for all those who missed it. Or maybe the bundle it with the CD so you get both for a good price

yepp and just ordered. I don't want wait too long. Would not wonder when people buy parts who did not spend the money on the box at first.

after listening to the first part again i have to say that it reminds me a lot of early Contagious Orgasm, which is a good thing

What I heard from them so far was very noisy. My first thought on the new EP No. 4 was how amazing clear the last snippets sound. They went a bit away from these shadowy sound at their first release.

im thinking i might just get the CD version and sell what i have on vinyl, my problem is the sides are waaay too short. Some of them have a literal gap of space on the vinyl before the first track.

i already missed the boat on pt 3 too, and its not being sold anywhere used. Anyone want to buy my binder with only the first 2 parts?

Incidentally, the CD version will apparently not only contain extra tracks, but in some cases different versions of the tracks on the vinyl edition, so there will still be exclusive stuff of the vinyl set.

If you have an account over discogs, try it there. Enough who wants a copy of this. Maybe you can sell it there more easily.

I was a bit shocked at first to read that the CD should contain the vinyl versions as well. Maybe they wrote it a bit wrong in their newsletter but I think they are still releasing different versions to the vinyl on the double disc package.

Your right, there was enough space to put on some extra locked grooves or whatever.

Think the versions are different on cd and vinyl, below info of modern love soundcloud and website

"the 2CD album Elemental features a different tracklisting with alternate versions of some of these vinyl tracks plus extra content."

and

"Although a double CD version of Elemental will become available in 2012, the tracklisting will be different, with most of the tracks appearing in altered versions on each format. That means that the majority of the tracks on this vinyl edition will not be available anywhere else in their present form."

Forced Exposure still has copies of part 3 available.

funny you mentioned that, i went to amoeba twice in berkeley the past week waiting to see if they had it and they did not, you say they're getting them? maybe they havent arrived yet

I ordered part 1 + 2 from experimedia, and he sent an e-mail noting buyers of secret preorder of pt 3. I'd already ordered part 3 (which just arrived, btw) from boomkat, but told him I'd totally order pt 4 from him. I saw Rose at Amoeba Hollywood last night, a stack of them. I'd assume that means the Bay Area stores have them now too. Iris not in yet. Go get it, you know you like the colors.
