I've been made aware of the situation (I assumed it was you all conspiring to get him banned over this whole fiasco rather than him actually doing anything), so it will be dealt with accordingly.

 

In future, if anyone gets any sort of unwanted spam messages like this, it's best to report this to a Admin or Mod rather than assume we see and monitor these threads - we can't be everywhere at once.

Sending unwanted spam PMs is not "fun" and certainly not allowed here. Considering he has only 5 posts and has sent more PMs than that (according to what's been reported), I'd say that's a spammer.

Honestly Ivan, he really should be banned for shamelessly trying to pass off his tracks as Richard's - that alone is bannable in my estimation... however, there are rules and procedures that must be followed...

 

I would ask you - why do YOU care so much about what happens to this person, which you clearly don't know, right?

What if this is Richard testing us. Tomorrow he will come out and say those tracks are his and will see if all of the sudden we change our minds about the tracks (from hate to love).

not saying he should or that i want him to be. we need to know more info as to who he/they is and why he's done this first.
