Why ? That album could be ultra interesting if he decided to "think about pure electronic music again" without rejecting the Shobaleader moniker and the musical sensibility thereof : it could be a great hybrid music and in this case one of his best albums to date !

If the video is any indication of his new live experience, it will be a nice change from his bass and gear shows. I saw him twice almost 10 years ago and was hoping for something new this time around, 2012 may be it.

 

I think the 300 mile drive will be worth the experience.
