I came for the low bit-rate streams of Aphex Twin clips at the bottom right of the front page.

I stay for the chance to learn about tons of great new music from ppl who know a lot more about it than I do, for the chance to preview clips of new 'pusher before the album comes out, for Alcofribas æ reviews, for gingers and pussy, for YouTubes that make me gape in every sense of the word, for the rush etc., and for essines.

I think I came here for the same reasons as weed - looking up info on Aphex. Back in the day, there were only about 3-4 of those sites, now only about 2 exist.

I remember vividly one day I discovered there was a forum behind all the useless information about his albums and information. I distinctly remember Aquagak's avatar being the first that I saw, and immediately decided upon a full time lurker residency until about the time I finished this one song called Smegma. It was the one and only time I ever got positive feedback about my own music on WATMM :) I'm still trying to win you guys over, it will never happen <3

bout a year befor i created an acounthere i tried to but coouldn't.

It kept asking me for aphex's real name or "who the heck are boards of canada" or some shit then when i ansewered computer said no nomater what.

so i said fuck this shit and left

I had the smegma track along with others I can't remember on my old broken macbook. Hell we've met once! :)
