Burger King

Burger King seems to have stepped up their game recently with more innovative menu items and overall higher quality ingredients/more exotic ingredients. But, like all fast food, moderation is key.

probably had something to do with the mayo. I've wondered how long that shizz sits out on the counter...still eat it though. it's $1.04.

Mayo is nice when it's slightly congealed, gone a little bit see-through and is served at room temperature.

This place called Panera Bread is pretty good for a fast-foody/franchise place. Donno how widespread it is though.

Had the $1.04 chicken sandwich, large fry & a side order of chicken nuggets off the dollar menu. Was fine. They must have changed the fries again, they tasted better than usual.

The July 13th special is "Black Diamond", which is a burger with truffles, grilled mushrooms, quarter pound patty made of beef and poison. ...However, they do have these new monster fries, which is like 2+ large fries side by side, 1300 Cal, pretty cool.

I conceptualized a fast food chain based on stoner food (called "Stoner's" or something (but using an old man image character, James Stoner, farmer, etc.)), and the whole menu is cheap and the whole menu is pictures. So you go there after smoking and be like, "5,23,6,18, two 7s, and 9", then BAM. But somehow make it so everything doesn't have to be filled with poison. Kind of poison food, but using real ingredients-- example: deep fried cream cheeze poppers with garlic mayo sauce, bbq ground beef burritos pan fried crispy filled with cilantro and tzatziki, smoothie made with vanilla soy milk, granola, marshmallows, casein, and chunks of dark chocolate, etc.

When in the fuck did it become required that food become so fake? What is this alien technology anti-human conspiracy shit, that is spreading fake food in a silver (alien tech) bags, killing people from birth and turning them into nothings? Whoever is responsible, I'd like them to step inside my octagon for IDM lazer beatings, cuz they're not helping anything positive.

They opened a couple of mos burgers in brisbane. I went in preparing to be impressed because of the layout and the professional look of everything, plus the hype coupled with the idea that japanese companies will have an higher standard. Well, first up, the chips were shit. FAIL. Then the meat patty they used was a grade above dogfood. FAIL. The bun was ok i guess ACCEPTABLE. But over all, like with all these japanese bakeries that are popping up everywhere, it's style over substance, everything in the bakery looks like it'll taste great, but then you pop it into your mouth and go "what is this worthless bland arse crap!"

Also, nando's is boring, get over it. I remember when Portugese chicken places were popping up all over Sydney, and there were some really yum, cheap wood roasted chicken to be had. But now the war seems to have been won and all we are left with is O'Porto and Nando's, both of whom don't live up to what was on offer 20 years ago.
