I'm so glad they decided to put more emphasis on practical effects and sets - perhaps Star Wars has the opportunity to shift the movie industry back towards that just like the original Star Wars set the bar for practical effects back when it premiered.

oh yeah that too. new season animes coming out as we speak. Haven't found anything worth pursing yet, maybe the spring season will bring the high quality stuff.

No no, I just didn't know that there were actual stormtroopers (reich/hitler analogies aside) with actual helmets.

There's a legion of them in brisbane. They are just as pointless and ineffective as the ones in the films. heh.

New episode of Rebels featured Frank Oz's return to voicing Yoda, first time since EP3. He really made the show.

I really dislike the character design in that show, but I enjoy watching it with my kid. Shame it looks like shit though.
