correct, they look fucking great. I can actually understand now why even all the regular shots from the original trilogy official blueray are so color corrected/noisey. With the original despecialized edition you can tell a lot of the stuff in Episode Iv especially is cheaply made, for example the black wall texture of the imperial ships looks very obviously painted black. its endearing to be able to see at least some of the campy cheapness of the original star wars in HD

Disney has removed the opening Fox fanfare from 5 of the 6 Star Wars films, except Episode IV. This is the new fanfare going forward, like it or not.
