I didn't know that people didnt understand that large populations of black people are kept in poverty, redlined into low income areas where drugs are introduced so that they have no option but to turn to crime and become a commodity for the prison industrial complex but heh it's only us Americans who are ignorant from what I'm told.

What do you mean "no option"? lol.

I'm not disagreeing with you re certain socioeconomic demographics being funneled into the prison system, but what does "no option" mean?

Of course they have an option. Be poor and oppressed but not commit crime. It's a shitty option but it's an option.

Think Michael Brown NEEDED those fucking cigarillos? Like, he wasn't stealing fucking canned peas dude. He had an option.

Be keep trying to justify that he was shot because he was a criminal, but I don't see how the two are related. I've committed crimes, many people probably have, does that mean we should be shot when we encounter police?

I get what you're both saying. Stephen is saying (correct me if wrong) that any person has the option to not commit a crime no matter their affluence or lack thereof. But, at the same time, I don't think Stephen would agree that he needed to be shot or that it was the reason he was shot. Just retorting the 'anyone that is born poor or has a different skin color while doing so is forced into a life of crime' bit ... - Now - Whether or not that choice is easy or within the realm of circumstantial possibility is pretty much entirely relative to the person and situation, but yes, everyone when it boils down to it, has the choice to make their own decision, it's just the outcome of making those decisions the 'right' way may not be easy to attain or upkeep dependent on individual circumstance. I don't think anyone is disputing the black and white fact that robbing a store is a bad thing and a crime or excusing him for it because he got shot.

I agree with adieu and will also say, that people should view the two as separate incidents. People have been saying that it 'shows his thug mentality and mindset before the crime'... but really, it paints a picture that you can demonize and therefore justify that he was probably violent even in the face of life in prison (had he succeeded in killing Wilson in broad daylight in the middle of the street) or death (the more likely outcome of fighting with a man armed to the hilt with backup also armed to the hilt). - which is pretty much total bullshit IMO - Our media distorts perception and the facts speak louder than a 24 hour news loop.

Weird question - If Wilson was truly scared for his life, why did he not stay in the car and call for back-up when his life was no longer in danger. A 'dazed and almost incapacitated' person would likely not pursue on foot and keep shooting unless they intended to kill and not apprehend. Right? Was it necessary to shoot him multiple times after chasing him?

Also - Dozens of legitimate legal professionals from prestigious institutions have expressed and dismay concern for how the jury and case was steered by the prosecution - given that and the track record of the prosecuting attorney, I am not shocked this didn't go to trial when it deserved to. I think people are confused when this issue comes up, this trial was not to send Wilson to jail immediately, it was to proceed to a trial, which it very well should have.

This is my issue with cops and guns. When wielding a gun the user does not necessary feel the need to retreat. He could have easily just locked his doors, rolled up his windows, and pursued Mike Brown in his vehicle until back-up arrived to control the situation easier.

REACH FOR THE COPS GUNS

Shot to death 30+ feet from the cops vehicle. No fingerprints on weapon. No signs of altercation on body of cop. Gun wounds indicate shot to death while kneeling or falling to the ground.

By no option I mean that in many places if you aren't a criminal you are against the criminals and then they kill you.

Poverty and the resulting social climate promotes that kind of behavior. It's a different society, different economy, and a different America that the rest of the country ignores. What little you hear of it is in news stories like this one.

Oh and it was way too easy for him to get a death sentence.

Completely incorrect. Dna from Mike Brown on the gun, on the interior doorhandle of the car (!) , Brown's blood inside the vehicle, and burn marks from the close-range gunfire on Mike's hand:

http://cnsnews.com/news/article/brittany-m-hughes/evidence-brown-s-dna-was-interior-door-handle-police-vehicle

After this I listened to geogaddi and I didn't like it, I was quite vomitting at some tracks, I realized they were too crazy for my ears, they took too much acid to play music I stupidly thought (cliché of psyché music) But I knew this album was a kind of big forest where I just wasn't able to go inside.

I was in US tjis summer, and eat in KFC. FUCK That's the worst thing i've ever eaten. The flesh simply doesn't cleave to the bones. Battery ferming. And then, foie gras is banned from NY state, because it's considered as ill-treat. IT'S NOT. KFC is tourist ill-treat. YOU POISONERS! Two hours after being to KFC, i stopped in a amsih little town barf all that KFC shit out. Nice work!

So i hope this woman is not like kfc chicken, otherwise she'll be pulled to pieces.

Uh, no. DNA doesn't = fingerprints. This is the first time anyone at all has mentioned "burn marks" , and it's confirmed he was killed at least 30 feet away from the vehicle, gun wounds indicate kneeling or falling angle of entry. Also, the site you used as a source is sketchy. I'm not sure if you understand what completely means. All that DNA could have been spread by Darren Wilson when he got into his vehicle again. If you think anything coming from the PD is reliable you're wrong. They have been discredited several times already.

probably help if all the main media outlets weren't fermenting all the protests, when i see these poor misguided teens on college campuses around the US my heart sinks.

Police could possibly charge Brown's stepfather, yeah I didn't think he would get off scott free for instigating a riot and looting.

Did we also mention his mother might be charged with theft? Yeah all American family there.
