Seriously hope the people who voted Trump in will change their mind about him. As the new Trump government seems to get more ridiculous by the day. The average American doesn’t care about international politics, I’m afraid. But when the economy is about to go under, they will feel it in their own pockets. And that’s when loyalty to the orange one might evaporate.

He was chosen by the people. And he will be fired by the people. Don’t count on congress or scotus. Or the media.

As I just said in the election thread, the dummies who only watch Fox News or OAN will not know why their lives are getting shittier, and yeah I'm not counting on them to figure it out on their own.

I really hope the Ds will come up with some kind of messaging that can get through to these people, but again I'm not counting on that.

Bill Maher is an absolute waste of flesh.

It’s not even about kompromat. They just align with what Putin stands for more than they do anyone on the American “left” and they’ve done such a fantastic job with the identity politics and culture war of dehumanizing the other side that it seems more noble to these people to stand for what Putin stands for. It’s really too far gone now.
