Tonight was homemade chicken ham and yellow tomatoes with fried onions on a bed of arugula and spinach for the salad, and a main of pasta aglio,olio e peperoncino topped with some lovely cured bacon and fresh asparagus, washed down with a decent BC white.

Rooibos tea and fresh blueberries to wrap up.

Had to work til 11pm tonight, didn't get a lunch break either today so I was fucking starving, just pigged out on a shameful amount of Taco Bell... I'm gonna regret this sometime tomorrow morning.

beef and potatoe curry (with other stuff and broccoli). - waited an hour and an half to make sure she was truly tender and ready to go (was porterhouse so it was already nice steak). was ok, i added more tumeric and pepper, cause circumin and booster and tomatoe paste because lycopene. It's a funny way to make your meals but ahh well

Last night's dinner was two bottles of a so-so IPA and a bowl of organic tortilla chips.

clocking the British grub itt immediately (for the chuckles)

did a spag-bol earlier to hoover up veg that needed using, but replaced the usual volume of mince with lesser amount of blitzed chorizo = bags more flava & a lovely deep red colour which now flecks my white shirt like some kind of food porn jizz splatter................. onetime

halloumi "burgers" , chips, salad

I had taco chips with salsa and a frozen Miami Vice cocktail for lunch.

Maybe I'll have a chicken burger for dinner now.

visited in a restaurant where my friend works. had a 'real' sushi for the first time. authentic f sushi yeah.

From the local brewery/restaurant: 2 salmon mini burgers with onion, arugula, and remoulade with salt & pepper fries and a Dubbel.
