I’ve been binge watching Nardwuar videos and one that really stood out this time was his interview with Timothy Leary. It amazes me that someone who’s supposed to be all enlightened and wise and such can be so humourless, slow witted, easily offended and generally thrown off by someone as harmless as Nardwuar. He comes across as a nasty egocentric, small man. How the hell did he have such a huge cult following? 

Also the sonic youth interview is like breaktime at high school. Holy shit.

been a lot of WATMM posts in the last two hours. seems odd for a Saturday morning. (/Wednesday afternoon or whatever it is in Australia right now, who fucking knows how that even works)

I am against bushfires

i am against travelers from the future spoiling without using spoiler tags. i am however not in support of the bushfires, yet i understand their right to feel the way that they feel: they are in fact, fire, designed to burn things. if they did not burn, would we respect them? no of course not. we do not have to like what they are doing or agree with their course of action (i think the press release from the fires said something like: WE ARE GOING TO BURN LITERALLY EVERYTHING WE CAN), and i sympathize mostly with the many animals in those ecosystems who are losing lives, but to the humans driving through the hellscape as what i'm assuming is some sort of Australian safari, i can only say that this seems like they are exploiting their natural landscape for profit. for shame.

This video causes physical pain to watch. The Nardwuar interviews with Blur and Nirvana are equally bad.

Tuna supposedly has more protein than salmon, but salmon tastes better imho. Then again, salmon supposedly has slightly higher fat content, so that may be why.

I had a tuna steak on some Spanish island which was amazing but it made me shit 'n' fart 'n' vomit for 3 days. It did that to all of us. And we were sleeping in a tent. The stench of our farts was almost unbearable. One time I farted so badly that the other guy had to vomit from my fart. When we got a hotel room same guy shat and vomited at the same time. He sat on the toilet while the stream of vomit went into the bidet
