there is definitely new Aphex coming out in Spring 2007. Trust me. Absolute latest will be May/June, but it's hopefully due for release in Mar/April as I have already said.

no its not, its a vague regurgitation from a (i think) french music magazine that made a brief mention of a new aphex LP in 2007. Niether rephlex, aphex or warp have said a single thing about an upcoming Aphex release afaik.

I don't even know anymore. Imagine the pressure RDJ must feel when releasing NEW Aphex Twin material. As much as he seems to be indifferent to other people's feelings (in terms of him making music for himself, not the fans), I would imagine that he would not want to release something that wasn't at LEAST semi-innovative, and considering his innovativeness so far, he has quite a lot to live up to. I would love a new album, and asap, but what I want doesn't really matter. He will either release it or not. I doubt he'd take the piss on us at this stage unless he just wanted out completely. :undecided:
