Damn, when I saw Vibert he dropped XMD5a, and THAT went off hard. You never know for sure what is "chinstroker" and what isnt until you see it pumped through a good system to an amped up crowd.

you're right, in the correct time and place you can drop almost anything and it'll drive people mental.

yeah. i think this EP works fine at home. the youtube clips, all distorted and bad quality, did sound better than the end result, but i'm happy enough with this.

i don't really feel the whole rave thing. it still feels like a normal drum n bass squarepusher release but using rave synths and sounds, as opposed to making rave music.

I really would love to hear this before I get my LP copy in the mail next week... *wink* *wink*

Illegal dustbin is one of the shitest tracks ive heard Spusher make. But then I hear Heliacal torch then i think this is one of the best tracks he's made, this is how i wanted the album to sound.

I like Illegal Dustbin, it sounds like Steinbolt remixed on a C64, Squarepusher's shitest track award must go to of the 2 minute toss offs from Selection 16 or Music Is Rotted.

In a way I wish he'd built the album around some of these tracks, then put on some of the stronger jazz tracks like Tensor and Planet Gear, but no matter cause we get to hear them all now anyway. Except that fantastic 200bpm acid track from the Breezeblock, I wonder if we'll ever see that one again.

Ok, i spose im really saying this is the worst track on the ep for me, not taking other albums/ep's in to consideration. But i really dont like illegal dustbin
