im impressed by the design of the dragons. they could have made them look really bad

i dont care about the textures, because im redoing the textures my self and i dont know any on in their right mind state who plays minecraft with those crappy default textures

notch isnt an artist and neither is jeb. theyre bad at making textures and always have been

lol. honestly I think the default textures are better than 90% of the texture packs I've seen. Which ones do you recommend? I've seen a few mentioned here (besides yours):

think it's supposed to be a room that the miners used as a base or something seeing as they're connected to the mineshafts.

If you like the default texture pack (as I do), then you'll probably like ShortStuf7's Clean Design pack.

1st of all painterly is 1000x better than default textures. its 16x16 and you can customize it how you want.

however if you arent good at compiling textures and you dont know what you want then you might as well just stop playing minecraft cuz ur probly not very good at it in the first place and ur probly burdening the other ppl on ur server with ur uncreative folly.

SECOND of all

i dont know, i havent paid attention to many of the texture packs people have made other than dokucraft, ovo's rustic pack and my own. but personally i like my texture pack because i made it completely how i want the game to be. thats one of the reasons painterly is good, but i wanted a 32x32 version of it.

im not gonna recommend my texture pack in this thread any more on a count of i am working on it a lot lately and im gonna perfect it inevery possible way and then post it up on the minecraft forums. because its gonna be the best texture pack in the entire world.

This is where I'm at. I don't really know what people are on about when they say the cobble texture is ugly.

My only beef with the default is glass. So ugly.

The only texture pack I have continued to like is Mixcraft (and my own).

well I've never used a pack, but you're right, your personality does turn me off from using your pack.

I like your pack max but i don't want to bother using patchers and stuff.

its really simple and easy to do and it takes like 5 seconds but WHAT EVER
