We will need more gold for boosters probably. I'll mine some in a few days when I have time.

 

It's probably best to just connect the rail to that portal I guess. We should get it's coords before digging and laying track.

I've got a good idea where it is, something like -660, 88, 900, so I'll keep heading towards there (already started on the rail)

I wanted to make the nether side of the portal look all jungle-y but I ended up falling asleep.

can we post the coords for the watmm jungle here? i seem to remember them being something like x-15000 z17000. i'm at x-12000 z10000 omw there, hoping those are right coords

The Jungle that Vertical, Gron and I are settling in is roughly x -17,900, z 17,600

 

We had to sail through an ocean for like 3 minecraft days to find it. Just aimlessly sailing and came across it. We started off walking that direction, came to an ocean and decided to sail to x-10,000, z10,000. Made it there. No land in sight. Decided to head for x-20,000, z20,000. Found jungle before making it that far.

 

If you make it there try not to tear up the landscape. Replant trees and stuff.

 

It is adjacent to a large desert and a very large snow biome.

 

You can't miss our settlement. It has the tallest trees in the jungle and the torches lighting them up makes it really easy to spot them at night.

is there a nether portal connection?

Not yet. Unless Vertical finished it in the last few hours.

 

The portal is up there's just no path to it. It's about 2000 blocks out but I forgot it's coords. It is probably safer sailing to it right now.

 

 

Mojang did really well with this new biome. It makes the last new biome effort look incredibly lazy and poorly planned out. Mushroom ones that is.

Kaini,

 

Upside down stairs and slabs that can be placed on the top half of a block space.

Lamps that you can turn on and off with redstone.

Climbing vines like ladders when they are on a surface. (you can leap from tree to tree in the jungle as long as you catch vines)

 

Cats seem pointless though, considering how much of a pain they are to tame.

 

 

Oh and Unibrow Golems. They are seriously cool.

 

 

The mob AI is really good too.

i'm mostly thinking about how to make a sufficiently tasteful treetop abode now. fuck you, minecraft.

If it weren't for light sources you wouldn't be able to tell I have little "rooms" in the tree branches of mine.

 

 

Oh, there's even a fishing cat on my little dock.

Nah man I have a limited source of mossy stone brick. About 16 stacks left. So it can't be too massive. I want it to skirt the tree tops and have little smaller ruined huts around it with overgrown gravel paths between them all.

In Minecraft I so far only made that big naked woman. I'd make big penises if I were on a server, I mean The Watmm server, but I can't afford to waste that much time right now as I finally started working a bit more seriously.

 

When will terrain generate to the sky limit?

I believe that creepers are afraid of cats and will stay away from them.

there's already quite a few creeper defence networks consisting of sitting cats under glass set around settlements on forums and such
