bah playing the normal mode must be so boring. The fun to me was building gigantic constructions and automations

Those bukkit guys that joined mojang are going all out to fix the bugs. Pretty awesome stuff. They've fixed that godamn tnt bug already (the ghost tnt).

 

They are working on fixing that really annoying one where mobs glitch out when they are bunched up.

Lots of us have made extremely impressively large structures in survival. It is what it is. I don't mind because it makes it feel more epic having to gather all the blocks. But I'm weird that way.

I know but once I could get all the blocks with commands everything changed, i dmsissed that feeling and just focused on constructions and. built a city of gigantic buildings with rooms

damn, i never thought about putting rooms in my buildings.

I thought about not putting rooms in some of my Chapel of Ghouls buildings because I figure nobody would go in them anyways.

Lol Its pretty obvious but I meant that as some people would make constructioons empty on the inside.

Hah no, i thought an empty space in a building was still technically a room. So i thought it was impossible to have a building with no rooms. the dictionary says otherwise though.

I'm going to try to make a cluster of rooms instead of all these fucking buildings.

it's only 15 diameter and it's lacking some decoration on the main level, but i think i'm done with it.

 

now to think of something else to move on to...

The problem is that so far it's way more interesting to hide a base and farm until you are full diamond + enchants + potions than to search for your hidden opponents because it will take you too much time to find them.

 

So everybody turtles and the excitement of PVP or grieffing is extremely rare. I'm still looking forward to this kind of modes though, it's exciting somewhat.

real hardcore should have no name tags at all so you can actually sneak.

You can actually sneak with SHIFT key (or the one that makes you walk). Then your footsteps stop making noise and your name tag disappears

Id like it to have better graphics thoug. I'm not complaining, I understand the visuals (and lol i'm not talking about the old minecraft graphics discussion) but with the new and future tecnology if it could develop to something prettier without losing it's particularity it would be awesome.

Aw you don't think they can't improve? And you don't think the game would be nice with some kind of more realistic graphics?...I know what you mean by that, its part of its charm and personality, but even so..

SimCity is coming out soon, you can wait for that or play the sims that has good graphics innit.

 

Just leave Minecraft alone for fuck sake, don't such a Michael Bay.

I wasnt complaining

You can run higher resolution textures and plugins to add water shimmer and other more realistic things.

the only thing i want added to minecraft is the ability to break up the blocks into 8 or 16 smaller blocks, though that would probably make even the most advanced nasa supercomputer crash.

Minecraft is pretty great as is, but there are a few things I'd like:

 

• Bears

• Fireballs to work with bows

• Lanterns (upgraded torches, I guess)

I want hostile golems now. That can destroy blocks once you awaken them by getting too close. Generally underground. omg
