Haven't heard Skirting on The Surface yet. Seems like they're getting shit done. Identikit is one of the best I've heard from them in a while. Kind of exactly what I wanted to hear from them, a good mix of Thom Yorkeisms and Jonny/Ed guitar interplay. The Radioheads.

Skirting on The Surface is my favourite one so far.

pitchfork seems to think Amazing sounds of orgy is a new song.

ZOMG! Lazerz pew pew pew!!!!11!!1!!!!1!oneone!shift+one!~!!!

I just found that funny since they are (were?) the #1 radiohead championing outlet.

did anyone purchase the Radiohead - King of Limbs from the basement dvd which also comes with the audio cd of the session?? hows the audio quality on that one??

Does that exist? I know there's DVD, and there's DVD + Blu-Ray.

You could make an audio version yourself just by ripping the files from dvd?

the Dallas show was incredible! Two brand new songs and Amazing Sounds of Orgy. These guys work their asses off and that is just one reason why they are counted amongst the greatest rock bands ever. The Pyramid Song always kills me. And resurrects.

Guest Lindrum Larry Cocopipe

It should also be said that the support act Other Lives performed very well in both shows I went to and they played songs only from the Tamer Animals album. I was already a big big fan of that album before I went to the show and I love it even more now. I happen to think its one of the best albums I've heard in several years and probably better that TKOL to be honest.

I was going to get tickets for the 02 gig in October but they are charging £65, madness.

"They're about guns, lasers, robots with laser guns in space. Monsters from the future. Explosions. Sylvester Stallone doing a backflip on top of a spike while Robocop carries a ghost up a mountain. Bombs and swords and that... IDM is awesome."

I'm such a fucking twat, bought two tickets anyway. Looks like I'm on the supernoodle diet for the rest of the month.

lol its worth it

the radioheads are changing, i think i've felt it first on "house of cards" on ir, and then "lotus flower" and "seperator" on tkol and then the brilliant "staircase" and now those two new songs, i really really like this new direction, some kind of avant-groove-pop or something, it feels way more natural and meaningful than the wilder experiments like feral and stuff.
