nah, the 'head have usually delivered with regards to webcasts. they did a brilliant one around christmas in 2002, just fucking about in the studio and wearing bush and saddam masks and the like. it was a couple of hours long.

yes I sounds like a better version of some of the tracks he did for his solo work. like it so far

That Lotus Flower track is very good - I hope they have a lot of electronic elements going on much like the stuff in the background on Lotus Flower. Personally, I don't like the guiter-driven Radiohead tracks (don't get me wrong, tracks like Paranoid Android are amazing). Kid A is most definitely my favourite album coupled with In Rainbows, and that is purely because of the electronic influences in those albums.
