I was told by a pretty friend of mine that i don't need to lose any more weight as i look good. I still want to lose like 20 pounds. The friend was a lady.

when walking, do you ever see two cars parked a bit close and accept their challenge? i get a little fascinated with squeezing through obstacles in general but particularly whenever my weight drops.

Sometimes I think I won't manage to do it but I always win. And the space between the obstacles is so thin I'm mesmerized I did it without even touching them. "Am I that skinny ?". That's what I think then. But really I don't care. I'm a gay magnet and am reasonably successful with girls.

The only drawback is the pains caused by repetitive strain injuries and conditions of is kind.

I'm neither a gay magnet, nor successful with girls - must be my something to do with my face.

my arm/hand is similar to oscillix

at my previous job i was constantly doing manual labor in a warehouse, my current job requires sitting at a desk. the job is awesome and i'm used to a fairly sedentary lifestyle but i'm starting to develop a gut. currently i'm 6'2, about 165-170. i've been putting on some muscle lately though so it's not all chubby, especially in my legs with biking. my gut seems to just keep getting bigger though, so i'm making an effort to eat healthy for the first time in my life (i'm 23) and working out more consistently.

i don't care if i put on extra weight as i was a scrawny 150 from age 15-23. i need some weights for lifting but i'm weak enough that body weight exercises will the trick for now. i'd like to be ripped like rambo i wonder if he has any tips

Yeah, I picked up a bunch of weight when I got my first office job after being a broke janitor during college - I went from 90kg to 127kg. It's been almost entirely sedentary office jobs since then. I shed a bit of that weight a couple years ago and managed to keep it off but the change since then has been negligible.
