About 4 years ago I went from 215lbs to 155lbs (took about 4-5 months) at 6 feet tall... since then I've hit the gym and I'm 175lbs now

 

went from squatting 85lbs to 165lbs - still working on it

 

 

needless to say, I found losing weight a hell of a lot easier than gaining

I was squatting 60kgs when I was in the proper swing of my routine. Which was just before the summer last year.

 

Went to the gym for the 1st time in months on Tuesday and Thursday. Ive never been in so much pain.

I do look pretty normal, just upscaled. Kind of like Shrek if he were a nerdy Swede. I do plan on losing weight as being as heavy as I am can take its toll on the joints and the heart.

I was 57kg about year ago and now I'm 70kg. I'm liking the extra weight 'cause it saves me on heating during the winter!
