o.O ????? Do they repress the same as the 1972 label?

okay, done homework, checked the other thread: yep, they repress the same. I really wonder about this stunt, seems they do not want to slip the money on the demand to only one label. They should repress way more in the next time,especially the earlier ones.

Joyrex mentioned that Warp isn't really interested into bringing out old classix on wax. I hope they don't do this as a money grabber move and go back to archives and reissue some gems with bonus tracks. I bet they have some seriously great extra tracks in the dat(a) archive

Oh sure, reasonable compared to what the original presses are going for. Doesn't make it any more acceptable. What if I repressed Sympathy Nervous' first LP and charged people $75 for it and justified the price by saying the original press typically goes for at least twice as much? People will still buy it and I'll still be a greedy fuck. Good trade-off? You decide.

It's cheaper in euros apparently, 32€ (39$) versus 45$ (36,6€). But then P&P costs kick in and I have to say "fuck it"

$45 = £28(ish), £28 divided by 2 LP's = £14 per LP, = nothing at all to complain about here. is actually pretty damn cheap!

all in all it was about 60 for me. 30 a piece for the albums, its pricey, but im happy with that.

What pisses me off far, far more is assholes that sell above that price for a scratched up record with half a ripped album cover.

why is a lp same price as an 2lp. ordered from warp it seems to work out cheaper overall compared to midheaven.

Awesome! I hope they continue to do this, it makes so much sense... so sick of speculators and limited editions whatnot...

i see more represses to come, they won't have a choice once they see how many ppl order this bundle.
