Through a series of increasingly frustrated internal monologues we hear James' thoughts as he repeatedly smashes his little cuddly shark nose into the portal which seems protected by an inexplicable forcefield.

James eventually learns to love the portal and in a tender closing moment, makes love to it as a spectator films close up in shaky cam from the other side.
