hahaha thats proper mexico dollface. Its gonna be a night of haircuts and neckerchiefs for you then. like i said its been incredibly poncey so far and hot chip will bring out the nu rave best of em.

you should go to the hacker, andrew weatherall and green velvet that would be a bit tougher

I think it would be even tougher than that if you all got hit by cars and gave me your tickets, but there you go

Quote from the Mancester Evening News.....

"For those of you who haven't been to the Warehouse Project at this year's venue let me explain the set up. The location of an underground car park near Piccadilly is well suited to this kind of event and as you would expect there are portaloos instead of indoor toilets, garden furniture converts one corner into a 'chill out' area, complete with garden benches sponsored by Manchester's very own Bench clothing and the VIP area is basically a few car park spaces sectioned off.

However the organisers for what ever reason seem to have forgotten to install a decent sound system for this night, either that or they ran out of speakers, and it has a massive effect on the sound quality of all the acts unless you are stood right at the front of the stage."

shit.

What the fuck?! I thought they were planning a 130K sound system?

I think it's luck of the draw if they have sniffer dogs. Mate of mine saw some there a couple of weeks ago but other people who've gone on different nights said they didn't see any.

My sister went the other week and didn't have any complaints about the sound. She did say (like cet also did) that the main bit is narrow so will be rammed.

It's too orangey for crows!!!

thats bollocks. there's a massive funktion1 in there, it sounds perfect for the space.

there is a sniffer dog on the entrance so be careful with your stash.

it's very possible blutac, but me and my mate will probably be smoking as much weed as possible beforehand so it's not ideal.

but yeah, probably....that green tiled pub opposite the back entrance of Piccadilly?

Wouldnt reccomend smoking a shit load before you go in - it does end at 5am... on the other hand I hear you can smoke inside easily enough. Why not eat some before you go in.....

I think people were talking about the bulls head behind picadilly

Just got a phonecall from the warehouse project and apparently they've oversold the gig and are refunding loads of tickets, all the ones that are being picked up at the venue, including the 3 Ive bought

GUTTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I threw a bit of a strop on the phone saying Ive booked a hotel (which is bollocks) and she says I can get into the Kittin and hacker on on friday for free

Anyone else picking up their tickets on the night?
