Speaking of which, sorry I didn't stick around and get in a proper game yesterday, I was sick of people constantly quitting and changing between games. After about ten-fifteen minutes of not playing I had to go back to single player.

I played some online again though late last night and it has to be said it's fucking wicked! There's hardly any lag at all. The only problem is that GTA drags in the internet tough guys. I was playing against a group of these half retarded rube bwoys yesterday and they were fucking laughable. Literally threatening me over Live.

Also, I'd like to arrange a proper WATMM group to tear up some games as a party. Or do some co-op games, because they're class! Who's down with this?

hellz yeah. what we need to do is set up a time, and go into party mode, where we can group up and stay together through different game modes.

just to the right of Roman's door is a yellow box painted by the curb, I think you have to park within that area to save the vehicle.

Way north there is one on top of an outdoor swimming pool's diving board. Did anyone try that feature in the phone where you can turn off all storyline-related calls? Anyone know if this just halts the storyline action till you're ready, or does it negatively affect your progress? I want to hunt piegons without having to get drunk or throw darts with Roman every 20 minutes.

Go into "Options" on your phone. Scroll down and turn "Sleep Mode" on. that will pause the story so you won't recieve any calls or texts from people, unless you call them.

Nope, but I'm goin bird huntin tonite:) The one I mentioned on the diving board is in the northwest corner of the starting island (in Steinway?) and there's one nearby in a walking tunnel by the water. I'm def gonna turn off the storyline phonecalls for a bit so I can run around freely. I suspect there'a pigeon on top of the sugar factory, too...

If someone's got the time post a master list of everyone's gamertags, I'll send everyone a friend invite that I don't already have.

Man, I wish you could pigeon hunt in free roam. Although if you fancy showing me some of the trickier ones you could literally show me the locations for me to remember.

By the way I'm not off the first island yet, been taking my time with the story, doing all side missions 'n shit!

I haven't been online in 6 months or so, because I couldn't afford the Gold membership after I moved, which also means that I haven't been online at all. I didn't think people would try and contact me through Xbox Live :)

i have to say living in nyc makes this game even more of a mind fuck. there are levels that are literally my backyard. and if i sit in my virtual apartment in virtual brooklyn, theres this whole two degrees of the same thing going on thats really quite surreal.

can we have some kind of xbox live roll call for the newbz who only now are interested in such a thing? ihavent even touched multiplayer yet and i know my roomie and i would appreciate a team of electronic music nerds to stroll around a virtual city with....maybe pm me ?
