GTA being a new holiday?

I'd go out and buy an xbox360 just for this game and my past love of my friend's copy of Halo 3 but I don't have anything near to a proper sized tv for it. I have a projector and 5.1 setup that is going to waste cause I don't have the room to set it up permanently. Now I'm having a tough time deciding whether I befriend some people that have it and rape their copy to death or whether I should try find a distraction until it comes out on pc or I get more room and buy an xbox360.

I've actually been a bit dissapointed with the graphics but if the physics and car damage are as good as they've been saying then I will be happy. I'm interested to see what the 'draw distance' is like in this one as it has been disappointing even on high-end pcs playing San Andreas. I think because of the nature of Liberty City (skyscrapers etc) there won't be a need for a big draw distance and it won't be noticed.

I read (I don't remember the source) that there probably will not be a port to the PC. If you really want to play it, you might as well go pick up a console.

I've seen five different reviewers (not amateur) give GTA IV full marks. Gotta be the highest rated game I've ever seen.

OMG! I knew that Euphoria physics engine was amazing because it can blend physics with behaviour and animation. But this is by far the most amazing physical reaction I've ever seen in a game.

It it just me or does this game look twice as good as it did in the trailers? I mean graphically.

I didn't know they used Euphoria in it. God damn, I really want to play this right now.
