People can never believe it when I assert that Kanye's Glow in the Dark Tour was one of the greatest shows I have ever witnessed in my life.... The dude may say some real stupid shit half the time but he has a grasp of aesthetics that none of his peers have, and he's honest (painfully so sometimes).

sure, it makes total sense to dislike this guy. he's a mile up his own arse and he is a pop musician. but I get the suspicion that people just hated him after that video awards thing, which is fucking sad. what self respecting person would ever give a shit about a video award or a country singer?

I wasn't really planning on listening to this, but having just seen the cover artwork my mind has changed.

808s is incredible. I already liked him prior to that but I was not prepared for such a mindblowing album.

I would prefer instrumental Kanye albums.

808 was good but kind of sorrowful at parts. i don't know if that is the right word but there weren't any bangers that's for sure some good songs but not like previous albums.

The new album is amazing specially the production. I am in love with those horns on "All of the lights".
