New 'from' season as well, half watched the first episode, didn't draw me in, also i swore not to follow up on it after that second season. But if someone's watching and it picks up let me know lol.

ZOMG! Lazerz pew pew pew!!!!11!!1!!!!1!oneone!shift+one!~!!!

I'm watching Uzumaki. The first episode is on point, just excellent. Unfortunately the animation takes a brutal nosedive in the second episode, a real shame. Watch the first episode and pretend the rest were never finished.

Edit: or you could watch them and try to ignore the downgrade, because they're still interesting and have some traces of stuff that seems to have been finished before the budget was slashed or whatever happened to ruin the show.

Some songs I made with my fingers and electronics. In the process of making some more. Hopefully.

That drop in quality was really noticeable, wasn't just the animation it all just "flows" wrong. Shame, I was looking forward to the creeps.

it (definitely) picks up. third episode went back to "i need the next episode to drop ASAP or i'll go mental" territory.

they knew it was bad and released it anyway.

Finished Dark Matter. I read the book, and they did a pretty good job with it.

I started Slow Horses since it's also on Apple TV+. I also started Agatha All Along since I'm losing access to Disney+ soon.

Late to the party but I started watching Prison Break, three episodes in, wondering  if this gets any better? I don’t understand how this is rated an 8.3/10 on IMDB.

백호야~~~항상에 사랑할거예요.나의 아들.

Shout outs to the saracens, musulmen and celestials.

I wish Uzumaki didn’t have a story that is exactly like in the book. The concept has so much potential and they just did a direct adaptation 😕

Teacup - Stephen King was recommending this before it aired, very slow first episode, much better second episode, will watch more to see if it keeps improving, hard to gauge what it's about yet (some sort of flesh eating virus?) but there's a smell of king off it

Rewatching The Devil's Hour before season 2 starts, I can remember liking it but I can't really remember anything about it even though it was only 2 years ago because I'm demented 🥴

I been watching the 2020 miniseries made by ESPN and Netflix called The Last Dance. It is about Michael Jordan and tells the story of the Chicago Bulls NBA basketball franchise when he was on their team. I am not a huge sports fan, but I love it. Human athleticism and competition at the highest levels, lots of good humor and comradery between the players too. The storytelling has an arc over the whole series so far, but each episode also has its own arc and the documentary style is very nice, great use of archival footage and combining that with interviews in the present day with the players.

I am on season 3 of Deadwood. It has grown on me. Not MUCH happens but the dialogue is basically fireworks. Al Swearengen and Brad Dourif as the doctor steal the show. Tommy Oliphant... has one facial expression??

Looking forward to the movie.

There's a doc called One Man & His Shoes too, it's about Air Jordans, mental doc, wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea, I really enjoyed it

Same. I've never watched basketball in my life but The Last dance was brilliant. I don't even know why I started watching it in the first place!

I know a few people who watched this back in the day and loved it. Seem to recall it gets better as it goes along. I tried watching it a few times and also thought it was dull.

I understand the criticism for Uzumaki eps 2-4, but actually enjoyed them nevertheless. The ridiculous pacing gives the story a very weird unpredictable structure. This combined with Junji Ito's wild ideas, constanly doubling down on the pretty simple initial concept, had me mesmerized. Horror (or fiction in general) rarely has that effect anymore.

It probably helps that it's been years since I've read the book.

Watched 'Ripley'. pretty, but I kinda hated it. At least i was able to watch all of it.
