Just finished a rewatch of The Wire. Fuck that is some good TV.

I didn’t know until this week, David Simon did a show before called The Corner. Set in Baltimore as well, looks pretty fucking grim. Can’t wait to get stuck into that one.

Haven’t seen it yet. I started Treme when it came out but didn’t stay with it.

Yeah man I was reading a Reddit thread the other day about The Shield vs The Wire (which is best). Pretty much The Shield came out (by a whisker) on top. But it's splitting hairs isn't it? Like a few people on there I never got past six episodes of The Wire. The Shield definitely pulls you in quick and keeps you there. Also one dude said that The Wire was Shakespearian and The Shield was Dickensian. Make of that what you will.

Just finished Terminator Zero. Really enjoyed it.

The corner is amazing, think I put that up here a few years ago, generally the bad guys in that are the good guys in the wire, loved that

Watched two episodes so far it’s pretty great. Really grim though. Hard to call them bad guys but I know what you mean.

Just finished my rewatch of The Wire last night. What an ending to an unparalleled show. I forgot so much from my first viewing, which was maybe 15 years ago.

Just finished season 1 of Sunny on Apple TV. Kind of meh. Pure filler if I’m being really honest. 
 

Watching season 4 of Slow Horses. Gary Oldman, say no more. 
 

Just started watching this old anime series from 2003

2 episodes in and it’s looking pretty decent. Space debris and shit. 

Just finished wise guy: David Chase and the Sopranos, great documentary especially the ending hehe

Grrr. Season 4 of The Shield has Glenn Close in?! Can't fucking stand her. She looks totally out of place and is just doing her usual stare. Thankfully she only lasts one season. The sooner she's gone the better. The whole vibe of the show has changed. I'm not a happy bunny (ho ho ho).
