What TV series are you watching at moment?

We never needed scientific explanations for any of it, just cool weird shit that had some sort of logic to it. Sawyer might be racist as hell but you can't help but love him. The loveable bigot. Terry O'Quinn is great as John Locke. So much there to unpack. I wish he would've gotten a better end of the stick at the end of the series but oh well. Season 6 is still way better than I remember it being.

Have to say I'm also been bubbling to rewatch LOST. Just the last couple of years I've been thinking about it. Pretty soon I'm gonna go for it. The negative is I remember how it descends into a complete farce. There is no pay off. But maybe it's different on the second run.

True Detective Season 2 - 50% because of itself, it's a bit underrated. The show has such a distinct mood. The darkness, the broken people...

50% of course because of Lera Lynn. Every single song on the Soundtrack is a standout.

Rome on MAX. I’m loving this so far,  although it appears the budget wasn’t there for any of the battles. Also big shout out to the sultry, opium smokin’ Cleopatra they had in this show. Hot as heck. 

First ep of the dune show was alright, although the intro told a story that seems more interesting that whatever's going on here.

Also Arcane's animation is really good, don't care much about the story, forgot pretty much everything from the first season.

Vince Vaughn was the wrong choice for his part. he was the weakest link in that season. I thought the 1st half of S2, roughly through the shootout, was excellent. the last half of it got too bogged down in overcomplicated plot to make the season as a whole enjoyable.

Yea I'm a big fan of From but it seems like they are trying to squeeze blood out of stones this season.  The show is based entirely on the fact that nobody has any answers to anything - eventually you have to start letting the mysteries be solved, not just adding more on top to slog through.

Breath of Fire - documentary on the kundalini yoga cult. held my interest, but if you've seen one cult documentary you've seen them all. always amazes me how people get sucked into these types of brainwashing groups without realizing it.

I read that quite often - idk. I noticed no problem, maybe because he's unknown to me. But others, I think he's known as a comedian or something like that. Maybe that's the issue.

Dune : Prophecy.

I like it so far.  It is not mindblowingly good or anything, but just enough Dune mysticism, lore, and action to keep me happy.  I'd say the acting is generally pretty good.  They have some heavy hitters on the show that make up for the D-list young people that don't know how to act.
