That shit makes no sense to me.

Some songs I made with my fingers and electronics. In the process of making some more. Hopefully.

Teacup - avoid like the alien plague, watched it because Stephen King recommended it, his card is marked, more potholes than a sieve

The Penguin - started watching this because it has a high imdb score and kept popping up in the trending tv shows on the dodge, decent first episode seems more of a mafia show than a superhero show, on that basis I will watch more

The Zodiac 3 part doc on nutflux - I love serial killer stuff so this couldn't miss, I enjoyed it and (spoiler alert*) they knew who he was all along and sharted the bed, he was a school teacher teaching kids ciphers that he kept sending to the police, and a family of people who were regularly drugged and raped by him only realised it was him after watching the film years later, all the while their ma knew he was the zodiac and let her kids go on weekends away with him, not sure if it was a documentary or a mockumentary, but is it less believable than women marrying serial killers on deathrow? its apparently the hollywood 'murcan way, they have just voted Drump in so fuck knows if that's real or fiction

The Penguin is very decent, especially for a DC property.

I’m sorry I hated Colin Farrell’s pretty face 20 years ago, he’s great.

'generation z'

big ben wheatley fan and the premise sounded interesting, but unfortunately it was utter shite.

he's really going downhill unfortunately 😔

in retrospect, just checked what he directer and most was really disappointing except for kill list, a field in england and happy new year collin what's his face... free fire was atrocious and high rise as well... didn't really feel sight seers or in the earth... still haven't watched rebecca but I have no high hopes for it...

still, a field in england is one of my favorite movies, ever... but it's probably also because of the cast...

i haven't seen high rise but i quite liked free fire, and of course, kill list and a field in england are absolute all timers, which is why my hopes were pretty high for gen z. the concept alone sounded intriguing, even without BW's name attached to it. so yeah, massively disappointed.

hope he finds his spark again!

x-files is the only show i've been watching for the past couple of months. Mostly been in the mood for movies, but this is my comfort viewing - having a nice slow rewatch of the whole series

Just done two seasons of Industry. I recommend. Season 3 coming up. ASAP.

Tried this one the other week.  Couldn't get past the first episode.  Nothing grabbed me and it felt pretty soulless.

Or maybe I just don't want to watch a workplace drama about investment bankers, lol.

I been watching the 2020 miniseries made by ESPN and Netflix called The Last Dance. It is about Michael Jordan and tells the story of the Chicago Bulls NBA basketball franchise when he was on their team. I am not a huge sports fan, but I love it. Human athleticism and competition at the highest levels, lots of good humor and comradery between the players too. The storytelling has an arc over the whole series so far, but each episode also has its own arc and the documentary style is very nice, great use of archival footage and combining that with interviews in the present day with the players.

All the Untold sports stuff on Netflix is great. Watched the America's Cup one recently and enjoyed watching the Aussies destroy the U.S despite their corrupt antics.

Super derivative of The Office, they look into the camera as much as they talk to each other. Some great character actors, but I don’t see the chemistry that Parks & Rec or Modern Family had.

That was a fascinating watch. Growing up in Chicago, MJ was obviously a big hero, even to someone like me who wasn’t into sports at all. Getting a closer look at exactly how intensely competitive he actually was (it’s unimaginable at that level, professionally / personally) is somewhat shocking. I think most people, like myself, have an image of him being as close to a perfect person as possible, but getting a glimpse into the darker side of his drive is wild.

Watched the Penguin, it was pretty fun!

Watched Bodkin, it was pretty mediocre!

Watched Eric, it was pretty not very good!

Say Nothing, absolutely amazing drama about the IRA and the disappeared, the best I've ever seen, what it does best over the course of the show is not take sides it just paints them all out in poor light

Can't recommend this highly enough, it should be winning awards

I am currently rewatching LOST for the first time since it originally aired.

I think I only ever watched up to Season 4 before, which is where I am now.  So finally looking forward to finishing it off.  Been an enjoyable watch to be fair, picked up loads of stuff that I missed / forgotten since back then.

I finished Slow Horses. Pretty engaging. New season coming soon too.

I also watched We Own This City.  Short show, but a good extension to The Wire.

Watching the new season of Bake Off. The level of talent in this season seems to be way higher than usual. This show always delivers.
