There is a 'twitter sphere' explosion of people saying that there are more explosions in Boston as well as a mass shooting that may or may not be related. Surprised Fox news, mnsbc and cnn aren't on it if it's actually happening. Can anybody verify?

They have one at least in custody, but they won't say if it is one of the suspects from BM bombing.

Supposedly, they killed a cop, stole his SUV, and they tracked them with lo-jack or something.

lots of confusing information coming out still but it sounds like Police believed they've just apprehended the 2 'suspects' in the boston marathon bombing who had photographs of them released today by the FBI.

this MIT police officer shooting could be totally unrelated, but I'm guessing it might have been some kind of shoot out that happened in the middle of trying to apprehend the suspects

the news ticker is saying 'explosions' still but it was only heard on the police scanner and cannot be verified by any eye witnesses

edit: the police just issued a correction that only 1 suspect has been apprehended.
