That is because their illiteracy is 80 - 90% and most of them are Muslims. You can therefore make some generalizations in order to estimate their behaviour.

 

It is impossible to rate every refugee as an individual in such huge numbers and under the pressure of time.

So what is your solution then. To close the door on the refugees completely because they are the "wrong" culture?

Close the door, finance sufficient refugee camps with the best possible conditions, select permanent immigrants based on Canadian/Swiss model. The rest is sent home after the crisis in their countries is over. Economic migrants are sent home immediately.

 

At the same time, strictly control Muslim fundamentals and other loud cultural minorities without any pardon for misconducts and disrespect for main culture. Strict ban on fundamental religious texts including Sharia law, some Hadiths etc (I would ban all oppressive religions but that is a completely different discussion). Strict integration policies with numerous compulsory programs for immigrants and their children so they have no time and space to create their parallel societies. No favours for immigrants from different cultures (customs in schools etc) - either you assimilate or you are out. No Muslim schools at all. No foreign Muslim teachers. No political correctness. No discussion with religious leaders about relativity of what is right or wrong in "our" state and more. Strictness, strictness, strictness.

 

I believe there is no other relatively safe yet quite humane solution for Europe and refugees.

And before people complain about your recommendations as not sufficiently sympathetic to the invading cultures, too repressive to their precious culture (which they can practise in their home countries all they like), they have similar laws for Neo nazis in Germany, stiff prison sentencing, massive social consequences for even uttering something that goes against the prevailing diatribe, so it is actually racist against Germans to not treat the incomers with the same intolerance. Heheheheheheheheheheheh, fucking hypocrites ain't going for that though, squeeze the local culture, open up to the new, create division in the society so it can never galvanise against the central banking cartel, or recognise the warning signs of when they're about to snuff most of everyone out. And they won't let anyone live, they don't give a shit, about Europeans or Muslims, they're preparing the way for their very naive and limited idea of what a transhumanist nirvana is going to be like. So whilst Europeans deal with the influx, they will start taking over farmland, restricting rights of dissent or even basic freedoms, like what gets put in your body, like GM food or Mercury filled vaccines, they'll loot everyone's savings through the introduction of and normalisation of bail-ins, why bother with the shadow theatre that is taxes anymore to steal the public's money, just take it straight out of their accounts, and on and on, until they release the killer virus, inserted into a mandatory vaccine that was mandated to fight a virus, or use nano machines or simpler robotic tech, to end most of humanity that has been pushed into the squauler of megacities. I'm sure there are multiple lines of thought on this, I've written several cases in my personal notes as to the most efficient and effective dependent on the scenario. heh It's a good thought experiment.

idk... multiculturalism has worked in a lot of places in the USA.. New York, miami, new orleans... not that they are perfect and not that there aren't separate neighborhoods and china towns and little italy and little havana but all these places bleed together.. inter-marry and you get things like a chinese restaurant that also has a full cuban food menu and all the food is amazing.

 

america is fucked up in a lot of ways but truly does have some of that melting pot action.. it does take a generation or two or three to see it work but it's pretty cool imo... even if it is a total crap shoot at times.

 

forcing people to give up their culture had some pretty drastic consequences in the states.. just ask a native american who was put in school w/white kids and forced to speak english and be american. i think people should keep their culture but also try to assimilate a bit.. at least enough to know how to make a good joke about something stupid that americans do. embrace something enough to laugh at it then we'll feel like cousins or something.
