i love the way it sound so far.im going to have to get used to that nasally distorted bass guitar sound hes using on so many tracks but otherwise it sounds like a huge improvement over hello everything.

agreed.

on The Glass Road, the distorted bass guitar make me think of this:

lol that is a very good comparison, its like there is no 'meat' in his distorted guitar, which is odd because it sounds like hes using a bass guitar actually to make the lead guitar tracks

drillnbass can no longer be groundbreaking, hence the oxymoron ??

i dunno i think it can

i completely agree, Squarepusher made imo the best album ever in this genre and since Go Plastic no one has come close. its about time Spusher shows all the breakcore amateurs who's boss again.

fav so far: Star Time 2, A Real Woman (he should definitely do more vocal stuff. this is pretty damn fun), Potential Govaner (!!!), Tensor in Green (Sectret Chiefs 3 versus Mars Volta LOL), Glass Road, Quadrature.

man, squarepusher fails so hard in the melody department.

Typically I would take a bat to you for saying this, but I can't argue this point when discussing this album.

I enjoy the fragility of the rolling lol tbh. The broken lol is like our own mortality staring us in the face, reminding us to enjoy that sunset.

twat

thanks for the youtube mention so i could listen to the rest of it.

the only thing i can really latch onto is Star Time 2. The Glass Road is kind of nice as sort of a cross between Tetra-Sync and Tundra 4.

do really like the album cover though and since that's half the reason i buy any of this stuff anyway...
