I call it rice milk, because it kind of reminds me of that. 8oz glass, two shots of yukon jack, fill to almost full with non-fat milk, then I used vanilla spiced rum creamer when I had it, but when I didn't I used nutmeg, cinnamon and madagascar vanilla extract, and just hazlenut or vanilla creamer. It's kind of a lighter, easier to drink alternative to egg nog, which is kind of heavy. Has a nice taste of honey from the Yukon.
