Yeah man, and enchanted bows - btw I can't enchant bows on this server for some reason - Was gonna tnt it to hell but figured that might blow up its drops

yeah, why can't we enchant bows? It blows, I was just trying today, no dice...grr

what is the server url for the watmm server? mine seems to be outdated

so far the wither has killed me 6 times. i've gotten maybe 1/20 of it's health down before dying.

so that 6 sets of enchanted armor.. the last time I had a full set of blast protection which i lasted the longest with (obviously)

have been having the same problem with enchanting bows... was looking all over the net for info on why that is and can't find an explanation.

Just been trying out the problems with the bow, I believe it's due to a problem with the way that Minecraft stack bows. This might be just for me, but whenever I try to stack bows, it'll stack all but one bow and then leave an unstackable bow in the place of where all the bows are stacked.

Now this wouldn't be a problem if I could just create some enchanted bows in the meantime and leave them somewhere, but unfortunately I can only give myself bows and xp separately, meaning I still have to craft enchanted bows which Minecraft just wont let me do. I can't seem to understand why I can't find anyone else apart from people here complaining about it (it happens in single player as well as multiplayer, so I'm sure it isn't just a server / Craftbukkit problem).

Unfortunately I can't see any way of sorting this problem out, the way the game is handling singular bows atm makes it pretty hard to find a workaround. You could go to the mob farm and wait for one to drop an enchanted bow I guess, even if it is only Power I and not much use.

I found the Endermangrinder in the nether yesterday. It was a weird experience. I will build a treehouse now on the spot that is still left where the sign said I could

I feel like I'm exploring some long lost civilization.

On the old map, a city area with square plots separated by streets (ie. Murvetown) worked pretty well.

If anyone want to .. you know ... build loads of square plot for us to start from

I have an area near the waterfront that was meant for development but someone planted trees all over it. Also, please, feel free to build in the chasm. we had plans to turn it into a dense urban area but not enough people were behind it.

It might be cool to build a hollow pyramid off of flat land in the desert. and then build like a huge glass box over it

i have that more or less half done... forget the co-ords though. it's north of pete's sandstone castle somewhere.
