mirror's edge is amazing. a really unique game. the fact it sold so little was fucking criminal.

read reviews before you play it because it has a lot of problems and i mean a lot. i wouldnt spend more than 3 dollars to play it, it is sickening

i personally would rather trust the opinion of people on this board over some 'review'

It's a fantastic little game, really love the atmosphere of the whole thing. So yeah if you can pick up a copy for a good price then yeah definitely go for it!

Still stuck on Zeus on GOW2 but going to get Dead Space 2 this afternoon methinx.

Is anyone else finding Dead Nation really hard? My bro says its more a two player game.

I'm finding it ok at the moment. I dunno how far I am compared though. Think I've just finished the graveyard level.

I found it a lot easier when I concentrated all my upgrades on the default rifle weapon. It's still tough, but better than when I kept on running out of ammunition on all my other underpowered weapons. Plus take your time hunting stragglers rather than tackling wave after wave of hoards of zombies.

Yeah, I love Mirror's Edge as well. It was flawed and seemed more like an XBLA or PSN arcade game but it was a stylish and fun trial and error game with some great ideas, great sound effects, and awesome graphics.

I've got some good news for you about the sequel:

Frank Gibeau from EA Games said the following during E3 2011:

"We haven't killed Mirror's Edge. We're actively looking at how to bring it back in the right way. We love that franchise. The DICE guys really created something I think special the first time around. You've got to have a big idea to be able to do the next one and that's what we're working on."

And then he hinted at it being on Dice's new Frostbite 2 engine which Battlefield 3 will be running on.

oh man, it took me forever to beat Zeus....a lot of jump/hit....like fighting Shredder in TMNT2 Arcade game..

Zeus in GoW III i have no idea how to beat though.

the parkour stuff was a cool concept definitely but as a game it failed. the fun of it was getting lots of momentum and running and jumping and doing crazy tricks and there were too many points where you just had to stop and look around to try to figure out where to go next.. and also stupid trial and error bits

not to mention the characters were egregiously annoying

but yea it looks like they are adding the parkour stuff to battlefield 3 so thats really the only part of mirrors edge that deserves to live on ..

Parkour stuff in BF3... lol wut? I've seen nothing of the sort, other than jumping over a fence. hardly parkour imo.
